Competitive Pay

Practical Route Mileage Pay
Pay breakdown - base cent per mile (cpm) plus $25 loading pay for every load
1/2 cpm automatic raise every 6 months
Detention Pay (after 1st hour) - $12 an hour
Breakdown Pay (for the entire period) - $12 an hour/ up to $100 a day
Backhaul pay, stop pay for multiple stop loads, and performance pay (on a load by load basis)
